The living room has a 42” flat screen cable TV, and a DVD player and a library of DVDs and books. The living room connects to the dining and gourmet kitchen space. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, breakfast counter, and high-end cookware. The master bedroom comes with a queen grey linen platform bed, a silver black club chair, flat screen TV, and private access to the pool and patio area, as well as a spa bath suite with a grand shower and a wide spa tub. The master bathroom has a two modern black / silver design sink vanities with led light faucets and a grand unique tile shower with a rain water shower head with led lights. The first guest bedroom features a white queen platform bed and a large walk in closet, as well as a large mirror and white furniture ; the second guest bedroom has a brand new black twin trundle bed and a beautiful mirrored side table as well as a purple colored club chair and ottoman. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a white mirrored vanity and crystal handle faucets and a corner glass shower with led light rain water shower head . The dining room has a breathtakingly beautiful unique handmade crystal chandelier hanging over the stylish glass dining table surrounded by six comfortable white dining chairs. The dining room has four large bay windows facing the beautiful golf course with its wide gorgeous mountain ranges. The entire home has large glass sliding doors inviting the beautiful golf course and its lavish nature into the home as part of the inside / outside living space feel. Enjoy the breathtaking nature views from the comfortable resort-like backyard patio garden with a BBQ, a glass / rock gas fireplace. Enjoy majestic mountain views from laying on the hammock between the two large palm trees in the back yard. Relax by the pool and unwind in the sparkling Jacuzzi as you breath in the warm desert winds. The Jacuzzi and pool lights turn on through a button on the outside patio.
